Cancellation and refund policy

The organizing committee will refund the registration fee according to the following policy.
After the official deadline application for cancellation and refund will not be accepted.

Cancellation Form

From 1 April 2017 registration payment cannot be refunded.

• - A request for cancelling registration must be pre-notified in writing to the secretariat by e-mail.
• - Cancelling registration by phone is not accepted.
• - To transfer registration fee to another is not allowed.
