Invitation to the 3^rd Korea-Japan Diabetes Forum

On behalf of the organizing committee, it is my privilege to invite members of both the Korean Diabetes Association (KDA) and the Japan Diabetes Society (JDS) to the 3^rd Korea-Japan Diabetes Forum to be held in conjunction with the 30th Spring Congress of the Korean Diabetes Association from May 11 to 13, 2017 in Busan, Korea.

KDA and JDS have been cooperating in sharing experiences in knowledge of research and development on diabetiology for over 30 years. The history of the first collaboration goes back to 1981 – Japan-Korea Diabetes Symposium. In 2013 the official forum was organized and held in Jeju.

In upcoming spring of 2017, the committee will set such a valued place in Busan, the most beautiful harbor city in Korea. Agenda of the forum will run concurrently along with the KDA’s national conference. The KDA expect that there will be far over 1,200 delegates who are interested in our 3^rd forum.

Busan is one of the most popular tourist's attractions in Korea, boasting great beaches, unique attractions and a flourishing art scene. We hope, and believe that you will enjoy this forum both scientifically and culturally.
